At Mighty Sites, we are committed to delivering a seamless website-building experience for small businesses. This Fulfillment Policy outlines how we process orders, manage cancellations, and handle refunds.


1. Order Fulfillment

Mighty Sites provides a virtual product—a fully functional website hosted on our platform.

Website Activation

  • Once you sign up and create an account, your website is instantly generated and accessible within 60 seconds.
  • No physical products are shipped.
  • You can modify and manage your website from your Mighty Dashboard anytime.

2. Delivery Policy

  • As a digital service, your Mighty Site is available immediately upon completing registration.
  • Users on the 7-day free trial can explore the platform with full functionality before subscribing.
  • If you opt for the Boost package, directory listings and promotional services will be processed within five business days after activation, provided we have the correct information from you.

4. Refund Policy

Refund Period

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are only granted within the following timeframes:

  • Annual Plans – Eligible for a refund within 45 days of the transaction date.
  • Monthly Plans – Eligible for a refund within 21 days of the transaction date.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds can only be granted for Mighty Sites subscription fees. Domain fees of any type are through a third party and not eligible for refund from Mighty Sites.

Refund Process

  • You must specifically request a refund if you're still within the refund window. Refunds are not issued automatically.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the subscription.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement.
  • If your account is closed before requesting a refund, you will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by:

  1. Logging into their Mighty Dashboard
  2. Navigating to the Subscriptions section
  3. Clicking on Cancel Subscription
  • If you are on the 7-day free trial, no action is needed—your account will automatically cancel if no payment is made.
  • If you have already paid for a subscription, cancellation will prevent future charges but will not result in an automatic refund unless eligible under the Refund Policy.
